Digital Timer Kit
The flexible design of this kit will allow your new Laptop securing system to evolve with
your school and it’s requirements. Adjust from a portable Trolley to a fixed Wall Cage or
Floor Mount, simply unbolt the handle and castors and screw it to a wall using the predrilled
holes in the rear of the cage or using one of the accessories available mount the
whole unit to the floor. With a total height of 840mm the trolley has been designed with a
low centre of gravity.
To avoid theft and loss, being a cage style security system not only are the Laptop secured
but also the AC Adaptors.
To keep your Laptop cool during charging time strategically placed slots enable air to
ventilate throughout the cage.
Note: Two Padlocks will be required one to secure the trolley and one to secure the wall/floor dock.

Shipping Trolley/Wall Cage
The security system is shipped in a cardboard box with only the push handle requiring
fitting via the pre-cut holes and supplied bolts.
Both options (Trolley & Wall Cage) come with all hardware and parts supplied to transform
the Trolley to a Wall Cage and vice versa. This will future proof your classroom as both
options can be retro fitted at a later date to allow for change in teaching techniques or
classroom layout.
The system is supplied with two high quality Power Boards both with Surge Protection, RFIRadio
Frequency Interference, EFI-Electro-Magnetic Interference filters and 1.2m extension
leads.
Charging bays measure HxWxD 415x 48x 360mm. The rear PVC Coated rail is depth
adjustable this features reduces the requirement to reach all the way to the back to retrieve
your devise. Making this user friendly for all Full Size Notebooks to 17’’ etc.
The 125mm non-marking soft grey rubber castors have convex shaped tires. The convex
shape reduces the castor footprint, reducing friction and enabling easier movement on all
surfaces including carpeted floors. The castors located at the Push Handle end have a
large foot brake for securing the trolley on uneven surfaces.
If you choose to utilize this product as a Wall Cage but the mounting surface of your
classroom are determined not sturdy enough to carry the weight of the Cage and Laptops.
Or the walls contain Asbestos we have a Floor Mount accessory available. This option
transfers all the weight direct to the floor but still using the same amount of classroom realestate.
Another amazing feature of this system, it arrives standard with a ‘’Wall/Floor Dock’’. This
dock has been designed to be fastened to a wall or the floor via a 30cm chain with access
only required from the master side. Once installed the Trolley can be driven onto the Wall
Dock or the chain (pad-locked) at the end of each teaching session or be permanently
secured to the wall/floor if daily movement is not required. Additional Wall/floor Docks
(order code WD) can be purchased for the trolley enabling it to be secured in a number of
locations.
