WARRANTY
Trolley Dollies warrants your product to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of two years with some products having an optional five
year upgrade from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a
product covered by this warranty we repair the part at our discretion using new or
refurbished components or if repair is not possible, replace the item.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product
as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft,
nor does cover extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, environment,
unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural
disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and
tear replacement requirements, such as castors.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as
described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other
party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. The excluded
damages include, but are not limited to, the following, lost profit, lost savings, lost
data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising
from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Trolley Dollies be liable
for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price
of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges
for repairs may be forwarded to purchaser.

REQUIREMENTS
Purchaser may be held liable for return shipping cost of parts to the manufacture, or
authorized repair centre or payment of any customs clearance fees, charges or
duties are the responsibility of the user.

REPLACEMENT OF POWER BOARDS: During the specified warranty period
replacement will only be granted when original purchaser sends photo (Power
Board removed form product and the power lead once unplugged severed from
base no more than 25mm) and Receipt of Purchase to their supplier.
